Here are some answers to the questions we are asked most often.

Q. What is the minimum carriage paid order price?
A. £200

Q. What are the expected delivery times?
A. Items that are in stock at time of order should have an expected delivery time of around 1 week. Other items would have a 5 week delivery time.

Q. What is the process for new customers?
A. New customers are asked to make their first order on a pro-forma basis. Once we have a good customer relationship, we can offer goods on credit, subject to a successful application. Application forms are available in our Forms section.

Q. Where can I find the full catalogue?
A. The full catalogue can be downloaded in graphical form from the Forms section. Here you can also find the order forms and the other application forms.

Q. Can I order online?
A. Not yet, but this will be a feature we introduce at a later date. We also aim to provide online payment facilities for all orders.
